A group of prominent dentists of Pakistan have recently initiated a new series of practical learning sessions and knowledge-sharing exercises under the umbrella of Federation of Implant Dentistry Pakistan (FIDP). This valuable initiative has been named; the FIDP Study Club, which held its first highly-interactive session in Karachi recently. The vibrant forum comprised of two insightful presentations on “Sinus Augmentation”, delivered by Dr. Kashif Naqvi and Dr. Irfan Qureshi, enriched with informative discussions on Implantology among the participants.
The participants of the session included some seasoned dental experts and academicians like; Dr. Navid Rashid Qureshi, Dr. Zubair Abbasi, Dr. Irfan Qureshi, and Dr. Kashif Naqvi, along with several prominent practitioners; Dr. Arshad Hasan, Dr. Abu bakr Shaikh, Dr. Wahab Kadri, Dr. Hasan Mehdi, Dr. Munis Mukhar, Dr. Noor ul Wahab, Dr. Jeneen Panezai, Dr. Nida Siddique, Dr. Minhal Aly, Dr. Maimoona Mushtaq Khan and Dr. Sidra Khan. The next session of this forum will be held in June 2014.
