Quetta: Dr. HammalNaseerBaloch has recently been promoted to Associate Professor in the department of Community & Preventive Dentistry at Dental-Section Bolan Medical College Quetta.
Dr. Hammal after graduation from BMC Quettadid his MPH (Dental Public Health) in 2005 from Faculty of Public Health Mahidol University Bangkok, Thailand.
He has been actively involved in conducting research on oral health issues and in facilitating data collection for WHO surveys in Balochistan province. Dr. Hammal is amongst the pioneers of initiating ‘school oral health awareness programs’ in Balochistan.
Dr. Fahim Anwar has been promoted to the post of Associate Professor in the department of Operative Dentistry at Dental-Section Bolan Medical College Quetta.
He has done MCPS in Operative Dentistry and several research articles as lead investigator have been published in peer reviewed journals. He also is serving as in-charge of “student’s career guidance & counseling committee” in the Dental Section Bolan Medical College Quetta.
