KARACHI: The Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine (AIDM) hosted its 4th Annual Research Day, showcasing 22 innovative research projects by talented researchers from various dental colleges across Karachi.
Prof. Dr. Ambreen Afzal Ehsan, who was the chief guest of the event, in her speech underscored the importance of research in shaping the future of dentistry.
The judges panel comprising Dr. Nabeel Baig, Prof. Dr. Imran Muheet Alam, Prof. Dr. Afsheen Maqsood, and Prof. Dr. Dinaz Ghandhi, evaluated the research projects.
The event, skillfully moderated by Dr. Shuja Adil, was organized under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Naseer Ahmed, Head of the Research Development and Review Cell of AIDM.
It was coordinated by Dr. Resham Nadeem and Dr. Beenish Fatima, along with a dedicated team of house surgeons and postgraduate trainees Platinum Pharmaceutical Pakistan sponsored the event.
A vote of thanks was offered to Prof. Dr. Hasnain Sakrani, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Altamash, Dr. Shaheena Altamash, and the senior faculty members of AIDM Prof. Dr. Zahid Iqbal, Dr. Zia Abbas, Dr. Abid Mahmood, Dr. Zaheer Hussain, Dr. Sidra Faheem, Dr. Sadaf Siddiqui, Dr. Masooma, and Dr. Batool Sajjad, for attending and supporting the event.
