ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has recently postponed the hearing on a petition against MDCAT and Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC)’s examination regulations till November 4.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb dealt with the case filed by students regarding Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC)’s examination regulations and MDCAT irregularities.
The petitioners’ lawyers Hassan Raza Pasha, Adnan Randhawa and others argued that the future of students was at stake due to new examination regulations. They asked who would be liable if the online examination system got hacked.
They also put forward the double fee-charging and email withdrawal issues. However, the court asked the lawyers to conclude the arguments so that the order could be passed and adjourned the further hearing till November 4.
