PESHAWAR - Dr Syed Amjad Shah,who did his graduation from Khyber Medical College, Peshawar, was recently promoted as Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Peshawar Dental College. Soon after graduation,DrAmjad joined Health Department, KP. In 2005, after his FCPS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery,he joined Postgraduate Institute Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar as consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon.Later, he started working as Assistant Professor in KUST Institute of Medical Science (KIMS). DrAmjad joined Peshawar Dental College in 2010 where he was later promotedas Associate Professor. Dr Syed Amjad Shah is associated with the PDC as vice principal. Apart from this, he is a supervisor and examiner of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also teaching postgraduate students of M. Phil (Oral Biology).He has number of publications in national and international journals.-PR
