Islamabad: The first convocation of Margalla Institute of Health Sciences was held here at the Pak China Cultural Center today.
A total of 188 BDS graduates were conferred the degree staring from year 2006 till 2015. The degrees to 61 students who did their bachelors in physiotherapy were also awarded. The chief guest on the occasion was Vice Chancellor the University of Health Sciences Gen (Retd) Professor Mohammad Aslam who conferred the degrees on BDS students.
The Vice Chancellor Professor Anees Ahmed from Riphah Institute of Health Sciences distributed awards and certificates to the physiotherapy graduates.
The convocation was attended by more than 500 distinguished guests, faculty members and proud parents of graduating students.
