KARACHI: Sir Syed College of Medical Sciences hires three new faculty members in the allied sciences department to teach first-year dental students. Prof Sukhia welcomes the new lecturers, highlighting the need for talented individuals in these departments.
Dr Aswa Fatima (Oral Biology), Dr Zehra Noor Brohi (Biochemistry) & Dr Rabia Nasir Rajput (Anatomy Department) have recently joined Sir Syed College of Medical Sciences for Girls Karachi.
Prof HR Sukhia, Principal of the dental college outlined the need for lecturers in basic science subjects to aid the allied-medical departments and to enhance the knowledge of the dental students.
Dr Aswa is a graduate of AIDM 2021, Dr Rabia is a graduate of Isra University 2017, while Dr Zehra is a graduate of SSCMS 2021. The Sir Syed administration has greatly lauded the recent appointments and has stressed the importance of basic sciences in dentistry.
