By Our Staff Reporter Islamabad: Five per cent of Pakistani students seeking medical and dental education in Kyrgyzstan will get the education free of charge. The generous offer was made by Kyrgyz Ambassador Ishad Baik during his meeting with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council’s (PMDC) president Prof Shabbir Lehri. Prof Lehri said that the students willing to avail the opportunity of getting free medical and dental education in Kyrgyzstan will have to obtain no-objection certificate (NOC) from the PMDC.
