KARACHI- It was two years ago when the idea of creating an institute for the sole purpose of imparting high-quality education on Implant Dentistry at affordable cost for the participants was envisioned by Dr. Syed Muhammad Faizan. Since then, Vanguard has been at the forefront of education in implant dentistry in Karachi and instructors from around the world whole heartedly agreed to lecture and share their vast knowledge and experience with the participants of vanguard.
Vanguard School of Oral Implantology’s faculty is a collaboration of local and international speakers under the leadership of Dr. Syed Muhamamad Faizan.
Speakers include Dr. Hasan Mehdi, Dr. Abu bakar, Dr. Sameer Qureshi, Dr. Irfan Qureshi, Dr. Saima Butt, Dr. Nouman Warris, Dr. Damir Mukhamadiev (Germany), Dr. Igor Roshkovan (USA), Dr. Krzysztof (Poland), Dr. Christian (New Zealand), Dr. Daniel (Lebanon), Dr. Dadi (Denmark), Dr. Tim (Germany).
Recently, the first convocation of Vanguard School of Oral Implantology was organized at Avari towers. The chief guest of the ceremony was Dr. Damir Mukhamadeiv; Dr.Med.dent, MSc, FICOI, EAO certified from Germany and Russia,
who came from Russia for the ceremony.
The convocation ceremony began with a welcome note by Dr. Affaf Fatima. Dr. Damir was then invited for an interactive session with the attendees.
Followed by tea break the diploma certificates were awarded by Dr. Damir, Dr. Faizan and Dr. Hasan Mehdi to the participants of three graduated batches.
After Dr. Hamza Syed delivered the vote of thanks at the ceremony, Dr. Hasan mehdi presented a memento to Dr. Damir Mukhamadiev.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Damir Congratulated the students and remarked “I had great pleasure to visit Vanguard school and I am really impressed by the achievements and theoretical knowledge in implantology of graduates of Vanguard. You have all chances to become the best in Implantology field.”
Dr. Faizan spoke on the occasion, “To see the first three batches graduate at the first convocation is a dream come true for me and Team Vanguard. After Allah, I cannot thank my family enough for the support. It’s been hard work, day in and day out, dark circles, busy weekends and a whole lot of Implant Dentistry. Credit also goes to Team Vanguard & Directors for their excellent organizational and administrative effort for making this dream a reality. Vanguard School of Implantology resolute to set forth higher standards of care in Implant dentistry in Pakistan. The school’s mission is to be at the leading edge of Oral Implantology through education, research and clinical applications. At the end of the day, the patients are the ones who will benefit and that, I think, is the core objective.”
