LAHORE: A senior citizen has moved the court through a petition accusing a private clinic of implanting the wrong set of teeth and seeking compensation for the damage caused.
Muhammad Akram, a resident of Lahore, lodged a complaint against the clinic’s owner, claiming that he paid Rs67,000 for dental implants that were improperly fixed.
According to the petitioner, despite his repeated complaints, the clinic failed to address his concerns, compelling him to take legal action.
The petitioner argued that the clinic’s negligence has caused him significant distress and financial loss.
He has requested the court to order the clinic to pay compensation for the damages suffered by him.
