KARACHI: The World Health Organization (WHO) has pledged to rehabilitate 150 health facilities damaged during the massive floods in Sindh, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the provincial health department.
The MoU signing ceremony held in Karachi was attended by WHO representative and head of Pakistan mission Dr Palitha Mahipala, Sindh health and population affairs minister Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho and Sindh Director General Health Muhammad Juman Bahoto.
Under the Mou, 150 primary healthcare facilities will be rehabilitated in 21 districts of the province.
