ISLAMABAD: To provide comprehensive care and support, the Cleft Care Foundation (CCF) organized its first cleft camp earlier this year for deserving patients, followed by a second camp more recently, with remarkable results.
A team of specialists, including plastic surgeons, maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontists, and other experts, assessed 20 patients at these camps, ensuring each received a personalized treatment plan.
Following the camp, CCF performed two successful surgeries, bringing hope to those in need. One of the surgeries involved a complex bilateral cleft lip and palate repair, while the other was a lip revision procedure, both performed with exceptional skill and precision.
CCF's impact extends beyond these camps as it also holds monthly cleft clinics, ensuring patients receive continuous support.
