KARACHI: To enhance the quality of dental education, the Department of Dental Education at Sir Syed College of Medical Sciences (for Girls) recently organized a one-day workshop on continuing faculty development.
Guided by Dr. Sumera Saeed, the event that attracted senior and junior dental faculty members, was designed to address the evolving needs of dental education.
Prof. HR Sukhia, Principal of the Dental Department, stressed the importance of acquiring essential knowledge and skills in dental education development.
The workshop featured lectures and practical sessions, exploring topics such as the development of OSPE (Objective Structured Practical Examination) and OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) stations for dental examinations.
