Karachi; Bahria University Medical and Dental College organized a prize distribution ceremony to give away cash awards to the position holders of each batch of Medical and Dental College acknowledging the hard work and efforts to the students who achieved good grades and position in the professional examination.
Honorable Rector Bahria University Vice Admiral (R) Tanvir Faiz HI (M) presented cash awards amongst the students. The ceremony was also graced by the presence of Director General BUMDC, Rear Admiral Imtiaz Ahmed HI(M) , Acting Principal/ Dean and Vice Principal Medical Section Dr. Ambreen Usmani, Vice Principal Dental Section Dr. Kulsoom Fatima Rizvi, Principal Dental Section Prof Dr. Wahab Kadri, and Head of the Departments of medical and dental sections.
Fatima Zahra and Ammara Iftikhar from First year BDS, Farheen Anwar and Ayesha Ashraf Khan from Second year BDS, Sarah Jamil and Adeena Abid from Third year BDS received cash awards of Rs. 100, 000 and 75,000 for first and second positions respectively.
Rector Bahria University held an informal discussion with the students, with an aim to get their valuable input for further improvement in academic standards at BUMDC and motivated them to keep up the hard work and excel in their academic performance for better future.
