BMC closes for two weeks after clash, six student injured

QUETTA: At least six medical students were injured in a clash between two groups at Bolan Medical College following a verbal altercation.

According to the police, the confrontation took place on Brewery Road in Quetta, where the two student groups resorted to using batons during the conflict. Six students sustained injuries in the violence.

Upon receiving reports of the incident, police arrived at the scene and used tear gas to disperse the crowd of angry students.

In response to the incident, Bolan Medical College issued a statement announcing the suspension of academic activities for two weeks. Additionally, all hostels at the college have been closed for the same period.
