KARACHI: Medical and dental practitioners and students have recently reported they're having trouble accessing PMC's website. Many users have called out that the website has allegedly 'crashed'.
As reports received by Dental News, the issues started on Oct 12 and have been affecting users.
Some complained the payment option for renewal of licence had either stopped working or became crashed. While talking to Dental News, a medical student who wanted to remain anonymous said, " We are paying Rs 4000 for a two-year renewal of license and can't even access a functional website. Who is accountable for this blunder?"
Others reported that the PMC helpline failed to address the issues and only suggested 'email the concerned department.'
Meanwhile, many users took to Twitter to express their frustration with PMC and their policies against MDCAT.
Dental News still awaits an official response from PMC's representatives.
