Karachi- Assistant Professor, Dr. Zaheer Hussain BDS. FCPS; is currently serving the Department of Periodontology at Ziauddin College Of Dentistry Karachi, effective from June 2018, as their acting Head of Department.
He is Pakistan’s first, and the only FCPS in the subject of Periodontology, completing his fellowships from College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan, in May 2018.
He completed his Bachelors in Dental Surgery, in the year 2011 from LUMHS, Jamshoro.
He then went on to pursue his career as a coordinator and lecturer at Fatima Memorial Hospital College of Medicine and Dentistry, and also completed his BSc in Dental Hygiene.
Dr. Zaheer opted for FCPS Program, and completed his 4-year FCPS Part II training in the department of Periodontology, at Fatima Memorial College of Medicine & Dentistry Lahore, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khurram Ataullah.
