KARACHI- Sindh governor Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan has said that a DNA lab would start functioning in Karachi within three months while a thalassemia centre would soon be set up in Hyderabad. Dr Ebad, who was talking to newsmen at the Governor House recently, also announced that Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) would soon be provided with 10 well-equipped ambulances
