MIRPURKHAS: The Bhitai Dental and Medical College’s (BDMC) Department of Health Professions Education (HPE) held a highly successful workshop on "Student Leadership," for the students of first to final year to impart leadership skills in them to foster future leaders.
The workshop led by Dr Muhammad Nazir, Assistant Professor (BDS, MSc Orthodontics, CHPE, MHPE Scholar), left an indelible mark on students.
Organized under the dynamic leadership of Director HPE Dr Ali Maqbool, and with the unwavering support of Assistant Directors Dr Rumesa Khero and Dr Muhammad Anique, the workshop garnered an overwhelming response from the student body, who eagerly sought more of such transformative sessions in the future.
The comprehensive workshop aimed to equip students with a profound understanding of effective leadership techniques, offering invaluable insights and strategies to enhance their leadership capabilities.
Observing the students' enthusiastic participation and active application of the lessons learned throughout the programme was a proud moment for the institution.
This initiative instilled in students the confidence to recognise their strengths and weaknesses, fostering a growth mindset and cultivating a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
