KARACHI: As assignments play a crucial role in translating theoretical knowledge into practical application, Bahria University Medical and Dental College (BUMDC) recently held a competition titled "Different Types of Indices in Periodontology" for 3rd year BDS students.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students diligently submitting their assignments within the stipulated timeframe.
Assignments serve as an invaluable tool for both students and educators, offering constructive feedback that guides further learning and improvement.
Engaging with assignments prompts students to actively interact with the subject matter, resulting in a deeper comprehension of the topic. The submitted assignments were evaluated by Prof. Dr. Farzeen Tanwir, who identified the top three submissions based on their presentation, knowledge, and creativity.
The first position was secured by Rida e Zainab, followed by Laiba Aamir and Tanzeela Naz, who clinched the second and third positions, respectively. Certificates were awarded to the winners in recognition of their outstanding efforts.
