ISLAMABAD: Prof Tanwir Khaliq appointed principal of Federal Medical and Dental College, the first public sector medical college in the capital. Prof Tanwir Khaliq Head of Department of Surgery and fellow of College of physicians and surgeons and Royal Colleges of London, Edinburgh and Ireland, as a senior medical educationist. He worked as controller of examinations at Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University for more than four years and established a state of the art examination department. As head of department has established the Department of Minimal Access and Vascular Surgery. He is a senior examiner of Royal College of Surgeons and well as College Of physicians and surgeons Pakistan.
