ISLAMABAD: Student Society of Excellence and Student Services Department, at Riphah International University organized a one-day student’s event to promote extra curricular activities.
Students from various departments like, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rehabilitation Sciences and Islamic International Dental College participated in the event, catered food stalls, displayed an art gallery, organized a painting competition and other sports activities.
Chancellor, Riphah International University, Mr.Hassan Muhammad Khan spoke at the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest and appreciated the efforts of students and their services department for organizing a wonderful event. He spoke about the importance of co-curricular activities in educational institutes and emphasized on how such activities play a role in character building of students, and that the campus has taken a positive step towards the promotion of extra curricular activities.
Dr.Anwar ul Haq, Engr.Asadullah Khan, Executive Director-Islamic International Medical College Trust, Faculty and Management of Islamic International Dental College, Department of Pharmaceutical and Rehabilitation Sciences also attended this event.
