KARACHi: Sindh government’s Universities and Boards Department has imposed a ban on recruitment, transfers and postings in four institutions, including all the public sector universities in the province.
The ban has been imposed through a notification, No SO(G/DDO/U&B/Ban-ECP/2023), issued with the approval of Universities and Boards Department secretary.
It says that a complete ban is hereby imposed on all types of recruitment, transfers and postings in all the institutions under the control of the department; Sindh Technical Education and vocational Training Authority (STEVTA), Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource & Research Development Board, All Public Sector Universities and All Educational & Technical Boards with immediate effect.
