KARACHI- Assistant Professor Dr Noorul Wahab has been promoted to the position of Associate Professor in the department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Ziauddin Dental College. Dr Wahab is an LUMH&S' graduate and later did his FCPS from the College of Physicians & Surgeons, Pakistan (CPSP). He started his career as Assistant Professor at FJDC in 2007. Later he did his FCPS from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan and joined Ziauddin's department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery as Assistant Professor and head of the department. He also advised the students to respect their parents and teachers alike. Prof Dr Sumbul Shamim, Principal, Dow College of Pharmacy, in her welcome address gave a brief overview of Dow College of Pharmacy. She said that DCOP had been established to provide highly competitive pharmaceutical education to its students. Later on, Dr. Qaiser Waheed, former chairman of PPA offered vote of thanks, and lastly, Prof. Dr Umer Farooq and Dr Sumbul Shamim presented DUHS memento to the chief guest and guest of honor.
