Faisalabad: Dr Mohammad Iqbal, Chief Dental Surgeon after rendering outstanding service over the tenure of more than three decades has been recently retired from Faisalabad Medical University (FMU) as Medical Superintendent (MS).The faculty and paramedical staff arranged farewell ceremony in recognition of his services.
Dr Khurram Altaf Shami, MS Allied Hospital and Prof. Dr Umer Sufvan Janjua, Dean, Punjab Medical College (PMC), Dental Institute also spoke on the event and reminisced the great services of Dr Mohammad Iqbal for the uplifting of the institute.
The souvenir of retirement was presented to Dr Mohammad Iqbal and his services.
Later, another farewell ceremony was arranged by Prof Zafar Ali Chaudhary, Vice Chancellor, FMU in the honor and recognition of Dr Iqbal.
Dr Mohammad Iqbal kept the charge of Additional Medical Superintendent (AMS), Allied Hospital and currently at retirement he was serving as Director Procurement of FMU and MS of PMC Dental Institute.
Dr Sharjeel Arshad Principal Dental Surgeon will assumes the charge as new MS.
