Karachi: The launching ceremony of the Abstract Book 2016-2017 along with, distribution of honorarium for publication in Impact Factor Journals, was held at Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU).
Prof. S.M Tariq Rafi Vice Chancellor, JSMU, alongside Eng. Jawed Ali Memon, Regional Director, HEC Sindh were the Chief Guest and Guest of Honor for this event.
The Abstract Book was launched in the presence of Prof. Lubna Baig (Pro-Vice Chancellor, JSMU), Dr. Nazeer Khan and Prof.Dr. S.M.Kefi Iqbal Dean, Faculty of Dentistry,(SIOHS- JSMU) and all faculty members of JSMU.
Five Faculty members of Sindh Institute of Oral Health Sciences, namely Prof. S.M.Kefi Iqbal, Prof.Yawar Abidi, Dr. Samira Adnan, Dr. Rizwan Ullah and Dr. Shehriyar, all received prizes for their commendable research work and publications in the Abstract Book.
The Vice Chancellor and Pro Vice Chancellor appreciated the efforts of the Dean and Faculty members of Sindh Institute of Oral Health Sciences, for their exceptional contribution towards the area of medical and dental researches, in such a brief span of time.
