KARACHI: The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan (CPSP) has recently released a notification on the new terminology for Operative Dentistry.
The notification reads that,
"It is notified for information of all concerned that CPSP, in its meeting held on August 20, 2021, has decided to change the nomenclature of Operative Dentistry to 'Operative Dentistry & Endodontics'.
The change in nomenclature is applicable for fellowship qualification. The nomenclature of MCPS will remain the same as before.
The notification is applicable with effect from October 2021."
