ABBOTTABAD: Abbottabad International Medical Institute recently organised a seminar collaborating with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) to create awareness and healthy discussion on sensitivity and bleeding gums. The seminar promoted the two daily use essential toothpaste, i.e., Sensodyne and Parodontax.
Senior faculty, demonstrators, medical officers, house officers and final year BDS students of AIMI's dental college attended the seminar.
A thorough review of the two products was given, followed by an interactive session between the company's representatives and the audience. A 'chill test' was then conducted among participants.
The dental department is indebted to Dr Qurat-ul-Ain, Assistant Professor, Department of Community Dentistry, AIMI for her energy and dedication towards bringing into light better and various treatment regimes regarding sensitivity and periodontal problems.
In the end, company representatives distributed gifts among all the faculty members and students of the dental college.
