Karachi: A poster competition by Jinnah Sindh Medical University, where various other universities were invited to participate and be a part of their bioethics forum.
The speakers discussed the importance of conducting researches and encouraged the house officers and students to engage in research based studies for a brighter future.
Hamdard University Dental Hospital (HUDH) stood out the most, with two representative teams with interesting topics like, “STRESSORS IN MEDICAL STUDENTS” (Presenters: Dr. Tanzeela, Dr. Maryam, Dr. Qasim, Amjad, Sajid, Sangeen and Oumama); and “COMMUNITY BASED PERIODONTAL INDEX” (Presenters: Dr.Noreen, Dr. Zohaib, Dr. Hoor and Dr. Sara).
Participants were supervised and motivated by mentor, Dr.Wardah Ahmed, associated with the department of Community Health and Preventive Dentistry.
