MIRPURKHAS: The dental faculty at Muhammad Medical and Dental College (MMDC) recently arranged a visit to the Vision School, Mirpurkhas to conduct an oral examination and promote oral health awareness among young students.
The visit was conducted under Dr Amir Akbar Shaikh, Associate Professor and Head of Community & Preventive Dentistry Department, MMDC along with a team of diligent faculty of MMDC which included Dr Raj Kumar, Dr Doha , Dr Rana and second-year BDS students. Dental news and Shield sponsored the visit by providing toothpastes and toothbrushes for young students.
The dental students gave valuable presentations on toothbrushing techniques and emphasised oral hygiene awareness.
