Compassion key to medical practice, says Maulana Tariq Jameel

FAISALABAD: Medical students should prioritise compassion in their practice, as medicine without empathy is meaningless.
Renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel said this while addressing students at Aziz Fatima Medical and Dental College (AFMDC), advising them to embody the highest moral values during their education.
“A doctor saves thousands of lives in their career, making this profession noble and respected,” he said, encouraging students to focus on their studies to serve humanity effectively.
Mian Muhammad Adrees, Managing Trustee of Aziz Fatima Trust, reiterated the institution's commitment to providing quality education and state-of-the-art facilities.
He also shared the plan to transform AFMDC into a centre of excellence, equipping students with advanced medical training to serve society with dedication and skill.
